Public libraries in New Jersey need your help! It has been more than fifteen years since there has been a program for capital construction in New Jersey’s public libraries. Library buildings need to meet the evolving needs of our communities. The New Jersey Library Construction Bond Act (A222/S2171) would authorize $125,000,000 in general obligation bonds to finance capital projects in public libraries.
